Alana has spent her adult life focussed on her family, but the children have left home and her contact with Toni stimulates Alana to think about what she wants from her life now. The characters are sensible and mature, handling the situation in which they find themselves in an adult way. It's refreshing that Alana's husband is not characterised as evil.This book is an excellent choice for pure romance readers with natural plot development and likeable characters.
